Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent to the organizer in writing by email: organizer@esao2010.org.mk. For cancellations prior to 31 July 2010, fees will be refunded less 70 Euros (for administrative costs). After this date, no refund is possible.

Registration

Full payment of these items is requested by bank transfer when registering.
No confirmation will be sent until the organizer has received the payment.
