INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER ANS ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Poster presentation
Posters are displayed throughout the entire meeting in dedicated areas located in the Macedonian Academy of Science and Arts. They are close to Exhibition and Coffee Breaks.
Presenting authors are requested to be available for discussion with the Chairmen and colleagues during their session (see Poster Program).
Three Poster Sessions are organized on :
Poster format is A0: (120 cm high, 80 cm large maximum).
Please use letters large enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 meter.
Pins and adhesive material will be provided at the Welcome desk and near the poster area.
Oral presentation
Free Oral presentations will be allocated 10 minutes each plus 5 minutes discussion time. All authors are requested to respect the allocated time to keep up the whole session schedule.
Only PowerPoint data projection with single screens will be available in all session rooms.
Speakers Preview Room
All speakers are required to go to the Speakers Preview Room at least 2 hours before their talk in order to upload their presentation. The Speakers Preview Room will be visibly marked in the Congress area. It will be open at the following hours:
Wednesday8 September 2010 11:00 – 17:00
Thursday9 September 2010 07:00 – 18:00
Friday10 September 2010 07:00 – 18:00
Saturday11 September 2010 07:00 – 13:00
No personal computers will be allowed. Files must be prepared on Powerpoint 2000/2003 or 2007 on a CD-Rom or USB stick.
